Permission is granted to those downloading client forms on the Biofield Shamanista's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. 9. Fulfillment of orders and returns

Returns cannot be made after fulfillment of the sale is complete on select products and services.

10. Cancellation Policy

Clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment or did not notify me, Lilly Goncalves, CSRMP within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, shall be charged for the entirety of their missed session. In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration will be given, and a one-time exception may be granted.

11. Accepted Forms of Payment

Venmo, Check or Cash (please have exact change, thank you). The Biofield Shamanista is not responsible for any fees Venmo may impose on the client's Venmo account or to the payment to the Biofield Shamanista in regards to credit card payments or otherwise.

12. Your Privacy

All client sessions, their associated client charts and associated written materials remain confidential. The Biofield Shamanista does not collect third-party data.
