As a holistic Energy Coach and Shamanic Reiki practitioner, my goal is to support and help you to find peace, harmony and healing on all levels of your being. During a session with me, I intuitively utilize a variety of energetic therapies and techniques to facilitate your success. I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to relax your body and mind. My Training and Credentials

In 2017, I began practicing professionally helping people locally and across the United States. My studied and applied knowledge of Reiki, the human Biofield, Biofield technologies, the Chakras, Crystals Healing, Astrology, Numerology, Human Design, Shamanic rituals, energy medicine techniques, and an understanding of Eastern Medicine infuses every aspect of my work and client sessions. ​Mikao Usui - Founder

Dr. Chujiro Hayashi - Mikao Usui gave him the role of developing the the Usui system using his background in medicine.

Mrs. Hawayo Takata - She brought Reiki to the United States.

John Harvey Gray - Longest-practicing Reiki Master Teacher in the US, and one of the original twenty-two Reiki Master Teachers trained by Hawayo Takata.

Lourdes Gray - Wife of John Harvey Gray, inspirational speaker, Reiki Master Teacher and Reiki healer, and the Director of The John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing.

An important note on why lineage is important!

Origins of Reiki - Then and Now

Reiki is a sacred healing modality that was developed by Mikao Usui, of Kyoto, Japan, in the 1920s. Since then, the tradition of Reiki, its teachings and healing methods, have been taught with a focus to preserve the accuracy, technical expertise and mastery of all methods and practices with in the scope of Usui Reiki.

Our Lineage & Impact in the United States

The Reiki system was passed hand-to-hand from Mikao Usui to a Japanese naval surgeon Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, who in turn, passed the teachings down to a Japanese-American woman Mrs. Hawayo Takata. Takata introduced the system to the West and created 22 Reiki Master (Teachers). John Harvey Gray was one of the original 22 Reiki Masters who completed his training in 1976. John Harvey Gray was the longest-practicing and most experienced Reiki Master Teacher in the USA.  He taught in 48 of the 50 states and introduced and established Reiki in New England (The John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing L.L.C.) until his passing in 2011.*

 

Reiki Lineage Bearer Lourdes Gray

Reiki Master Teacher Lourdes Gray received her entire Reiki training from her husband John Harvey Gray. In 2008, John Harvey Gray officially designated Lourdes Gray as his sole “Reiki Lineage Bearer” and named her “the most qualified teacher in the John Harvey Gray System of Reiki Training.”*

 

Lourdes is dedicated as “5th Generation Reiki Master Teacher” to preserve and pass down hand-to-hand the Reiki healing art from Mikao Usui to all of her students.*
